All prices are shown in euro and include VAT for EU destinations. Orders shipped outside the EU are sold excluding VAT; import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Multi-pack prices and mix & match discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other promotions.

A contract is formed once we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery times and shipping costs per destination are listed on the shipping & returns page. Stated times are estimates, not guarantees.

As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.

Goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty we repair, replace or refund it. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country in which they live, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
