What is the cotton made of?

Every garment is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, spun and knitted in Europe. No synthetic blends beyond the small amount of elastane needed in sock cuffs and brief waistbands.

What does naturally dyed mean?

Colour comes from plant and mineral dyes — madder, weld and iron — applied in low-water baths. Shades vary slightly between batches; that variation is part of the process, not a fault.

Will the colours fade?

Natural dyes soften gently over time. Washing cold, inside out, and drying away from direct sun keeps the tone deep for years.

Where is everything made?

Yarn is spun in Portugal, knitting and cut-and-sew happen in Portugal and Italy, and dyeing is done in a single European dye house.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size guide — socks map to shoe sizes, briefs to waist measurement, and tees to chest width measured flat. Between sizes, take the larger one.

Do the garments shrink?

Expect up to 2 cm of length shrinkage on tees after the first cold wash. Socks and briefs are pre-relaxed and hold their size.

How do multi packs work?

Multi packs bundle the same item at a lower per-piece price: three socks, three briefs or two tees, added to the bag as one product.

Can I mix different products?

Yes. Mix any three singles across socks, briefs and tees for 20% off, or six for 30% off. The discount applies automatically in the bag and carries to checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is €3.95 to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and €6.95 to the rest of the EU, both free over €75. The UK, Norway and Switzerland are €9.95 and the rest of the world is €14.95.

How long does delivery take?

2–3 working days in the Benelux, 3–5 working days elsewhere in the EU, 4–8 working days to the UK, Norway and Switzerland, and 6–12 working days for the rest of the world.

When is my order shipped?

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are packed the same day in unbleached paper with no plastic, and you receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Do I pay import duties?

Inside the EU all taxes are included. Outside the EU, import VAT and duties are collected by the carrier and paid by the recipient.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return anything unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return shipping is €4.95 and is deducted from your refund; faulty items are always returned free of charge.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Size exchanges are free within the EU — we send the new size as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Can I return briefs or a multi pack?

Briefs can only be returned unopened for hygiene reasons. Multi packs must be returned as a complete pack, otherwise the single-item price applies to the items you keep.

How should I wash these?

Cold machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, inside out. Skip fabric softener and bleach, and line dry in shade.

Can I tumble dry?

Accepted Answer

We don't recommend it. Tumble drying shortens the life of organic cotton and deepens shrinkage.
