who we are

standard pace sells organic cotton essentials online. For data protection questions you can reach us through the contact form on this site, and we answer within five working days.

what we collect

Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and order contents. Payment details are handled by our checkout provider, Shopify, and never reach our own systems.

Newsletter: your email address, plus the date you subscribed.

Contact form: your name, email and message, along with basic anti-spam signals such as submission timing.

Analytics: anonymous usage events, only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner.

why we use it

To process, ship and support your order (contractual necessity), to send you the newsletter you asked for (consent), to answer your messages (legitimate interest), and to improve the store (consent).

cookies

Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart, shipping country and consent choice working. They cannot be switched off without breaking the shop.

Analytics cookies are only set after you press Accept all. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

who we share with

Shopify (checkout, orders and payments), our shipping carriers, and our email delivery provider. Each acts as a processor under contract and only receives what is needed for their task.

how long we keep it

Order records are kept for the statutory accounting period of seven years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted after two years.

your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to us via the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
