Returns & exchanges
- 30 days to return anything unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges for another size are free within the EU — we send the new size once the return is scanned.
- For hygiene reasons, briefs can only be returned unopened.
- Multi-pack items must be returned as a complete pack to keep the pack price.
- Return shipping is €4.95, deducted from your refund; faulty items are always free.
- Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 working days of arrival.
