About us
fewer pieces,
made properly
standard pace started with a simple frustration: the basics we wore every day — socks, briefs, tees — were the least considered garments we owned. Cheap synthetics, chemical dyes, replaced every season.
So we made our own. Organic cotton and European merino wool, coloured with plants, minerals and earth, cut and sewn in Europe by workshops we visit in person.

what we stand for
Natural first
Only fibres that grow: organic cotton and European merino wool. No plastic hiding in the blend.
Honest colour
Plant, mineral and earth dyes. Colours that age softly instead of staying artificially bright.
Made in Europe
Short supply chains, fair workshops, and makers whose names we know.
Built to last
Reinforced where it matters, so a pair of socks survives more than one season.
No seasons
One considered collection that stays. Restocks, not drops.
Your own pace
Movement should feel unhurried. That is the whole idea behind the name.
